Firm Operations Administrator
Roberta Lieupo is the Firm Operations Administrator at the MGFD Law Firm, where she catalyzes the Firm’s pursuit of enabling technologies to help the lawyers gain a competitive advantage and deliver high quality service to their clients. With more than 29 years of experience in business analysis, software development and operations management, Roberta provides technical proficiency in software systems, efficient project and operations management, and strong communication abilities. Roberta’s cross-functional skill set enables the Firm to bring a technology-driven environment to its clients and their operations.
Roberta is a subject matter expert in Document Imaging systems, Corporate Training, Operations Administration, Accounts Receivable/Payables Manager, Microsoft Office, Certified CIDA+, and Software Implementation. She received her B.S. in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
Roberta loves traveling, boating and spending time on the Gulf waters of Florida.
